Data Deletion Request

You can request deletion of your HeadStrong account and all associated personal data at any time. We will process your request within 30 days.

Send an email to privacy@getheadstrong.xyz with the subject line: "Data Deletion Request"
Include the email address or user ID associated with your account
We will confirm receipt within 48 hours and complete deletion within 30 days

This covers all data collected by the HeadStrong app and website, including account information, wellness check-ins, journal entries, and AI conversation history. Some data may be retained where required by law.
